Determine the best way to raise the vehicle.

15" minimum from bottom of vehicle required to mount dolly.

Either roll assembled DVM JR. under vehicle or remove one set of casters and slide under vehicle.

Select method of mounting dolly to vehicle, either dowel pinning or pinch weld clamping.

Depending on if you are lifting from the front, both sides, or one side, lower vehicle until dowel pins or clamp has slightly depressed spring.

Then with your hand depress and alignclamp or dowel spring further. (If using clamp tighten nuts   using no more than a 3/8" air wrench.)

Let vehicle down.

Vehicle should be out of gear and break off when towing.

Lock steering wheel when it is a rear tow.

Different tow methods may require you to make an adapter for your tow vehicle.

Casters on caster bars are offset so they can be assembled two ways depending on the width of your rack and the position of the dowel holes on a vehicle.

When pulling or pushing a vehicle on or off rack, use one straight locking bar after the vehicle is lined up to the rack.

Put the small end of steering bar into one of the receptors on the other side and steer the vehicle where you want it. If you are using a wrench, attach hook to the welded loop at the center of main crossbar.

When moving unloaded dolly use locking bar over dowel pin to push and steer.

If you jack the dolly main cross bar use the BL-90JP, Jack Plates, this will keep the bar stable.

If you are moving dolly over a lip that is over 1", use BL-90LP, Lip Plates.

Maintenance your DVM JR. by greasing the casters and wheels every 20 miles.
