Body Loc Shipping & Returns

Shipping:  Most orders will be processed and shipped the same day.  While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum, they are possible.  Unless otherwise instructed, we will ship all available items and ship backordered items as soon as they are available.

We will order non-stock items and ship them to you once we receive them or we will drop ship items from the manufacturer when possible.  A drop ship fee may apply to any drop shipped items.  Please note when ordering non-stock items that we are not able to issue return authorization numbers for these items.  Once these items have been shipped from the manufacturer the order cannot be cancelled or returned.

No orders will be shipped out on past due accounts until the outstanding balance has been paid.

  Body Loc Limited Lifetime Warranty

Body Loc Inc. warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Bolts, nuts, washers, springs, casters and wheels are excluded.

Parts damaged as a result of mis-use, mis-application as well as normal wear shall not constitute as a defect and shall not be considered for warranty.

Body-Loc Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damage or loss!

     However, in the unlikely event that a Body Loc Inc. product fails due to material or a manufacturing defect, you may contact your sales representative or our corporate office to schedule any needed repairs.

New hydraulic pumps and rams have a one-year limited warranty and all rebuilt hydraulics has a ninety-day warranty.
